The bed

The staff, the untrained staff that makes sure you're literate and following hotel rules at every step without an iota of intelligence, whether to ask a guest if they want to upgrade, nonchalantly vomiting training jargons that air conditioning will take time to cool. Why the hell would you send customers to a room that has no fan and the ac turned off for days. Absolutely ridiculous and shameful behavior of the staff. Had to pull strings with the owner of this hotel to make things happen here. Skip at all costs. Head to Vivanta.

Excellent food,ambience,staff and service standards

Service standards have fallen.

No help to take luggage up to room. Payment was taken upfront, which was not my experience the last few times I stayed at the same property. Reception staff were also very strange. Unripe bananas served for breakfast. Not staying again.

I do not recommend

There was marriage function in the hotel so i did not sleep at all. Guests not respecting night silence at all. Very old amenities in the room. Towel missing. Very poor choice of breakfast Buffet

‏Unfortunately, my stay was below expectations due to several issues:‏1.Cleanliness: The pillow was dirty, and it took 40 minutes to get two clean replacements.‏2.Disturbance: I was woken up at 10:00 AM with a call asking about my check-out time, which was very unprofessional and disruptive.‏3.Dinner: The dinner menu was almost the same for two consecutive days with very minimal changes, making the options quite repetitive and boring.‏Honestly, I expected better service and cleanliness from a hotel of this level. I hope these issues are addressed in the future.

The staff at the hotel are extremely helpful. Late at night I needed some medicine and Inderjeet went out of his way to get it and didn’t even take the payment for it . Also today when checking out I had left something of mine in the room. Sukhvinder got the items sent, once again he did not ask to be paid for this service . The staff makes you feel welcome and go out of their way to help … thank you Inderjeet and Sukhvinder

The pillows could be a little better. A soft and a firm pillow I would say

centrally located, good variety in a la carte menu

some (female) reception staff were very unhelpful, there were flies in the coffee shop, breakfast spread was unimpressive

Banquet staff Celeste and front desk excustive Ritika were best among all the staff

Swimming pool was so slippery requested multiple of times no action and most important one Mr Prabhat who claimed him self as banquet manager is completely arrogant person with low profile beheviour he is being very rude with his not only staff but with client as well .

Bed was good, room is good

Food choice was not good too much masala and cost, toilet floor needs renovation. Room with EXTRA high tubs, quite a struggle going in and out without slipping.

They have given accommodation on early arrival and upgraded me to suite. Welcome drink has been offered to me on arrival. Very care taking staff.

The room was very spacious and comfortable.. the staff were very cooperative and responsive. Location of the property is also perfect.

The Behaviour of the MD with the staff and not caring a bit of other guests. Playing loud music & being drunk at Quench. It was like he is the boss & rest do not exist. Was going for my F & B to next door OakWood at Alcor instead of at Ramada.

Rooms were quite comfortable.

The behaviour of the staff especially the restaurant and some from the front office, were atrocious

It's a neat and clean hotel. Breakfast was very good. Staff behaviour was courteous.

The room size is a bit small. It's a business hotel, doesn't have any facilities for family and kids.Even The swimming pool is very small and ordinary

Not so good. Service was poor. Too few waiters for too many guests!!!

Breakfast was good. Location of the hotel was convenient. Staff was polite, efficient and helpful. The chef at Jampot restaurant deserves special mention. We ordered continental food and it was very good.

Till late night there was loud music being played with high bass.
